Job description
The objective of this role:
The Debtors Controller will be responsible for ensuring the timeous collection of payments, the correctness of the individual accounts and communication with customers regarding the entries on their accounts.
Deliverables in this Role:
· Assist with preparing monthly accounts and management packs
· Responsible for following up of outstanding payments
· Responsible for entries for rebates and credits
· Responsible for issuing of debtor’s statements
· Resolve all problems relating to debtor’s accounts
· Responsible for collection of payments
· Must be prepared to carry out any lawful and reasonable instructions
Minimum requirements
· Matric/ Grade 12
· Financial qualification advantageous
· Computer Literate in MS Office Packages.
· Experience in dealing with customers
· Basic NAV experience
