We invite suitably qualified candidates to apply for the Raw Materials Storeman role based in our Cape Town operation, situated at Corner of Glucose Avenue & Kasseslvlei Road, Bellville South, Cape Town, 7530. To take responsibility for inventory receiving, inventory storage management and issuing to production. The objective of this role to track inventory from receiving, keeping complete and up to date traceability of stock movement. Ensure minimum inventory levels are always maintained. Communicate with the supply chain coordinator to ensure timely delivery of raw materials to ensure uninterrupted production. Take ownership of raw material storage in compliance with the requirements set out in datasheets, specifications or dictated by legislation e.g., Health & Safety.

• Off load incoming trucks
• Collect finished products from production and store in dispatch area
• Replenish production with semi-finished product at predetermined intervals to secure production continuity
• Receive all raw materials into the Warehouse,
• Receive and manage all packaging material into the Warehouse
• Receive into the Warehouse all semi-finished and finished products from Production
• Responsible for Stock takes, and Daily stock counts
• Issuing of materials
• Stock control administration
• Compliance
• GMP gap rectification
• Physical inspection of all raw materials transferred to other plants to ensure correct items in correct quantity loaded
• Lead physical stock counts at the end of the month –Ensure all stock are organized and ready for counts
• Provide timely and appropriate energetic responses to operations requests for information and assistance
