The objective of this role:
The Flavour Room Team leader is responsible for ensuring Syrups and Flavors are processed timeously, in accordance with specific recipes, to enable production requirements. Level 1 team management.

· Fault diagnosis and repair, root cause analysis (5Y) completion

Minimum requirements
What Education, Core Knowledge and Experience will afford me this opportunity?
· Grade 12
Experience
· 2 years’ syrup manufacturing experience
· People management

· Fault finding skills (low level)
