Job description
- Product must be shrink-wrapped properly
- Make sure ovens run on the right temperatures
- Make sure wrapping is properly shrink wrapped
- Make sure the knife is in a good condition
- All process equipment and surrounding area must be kept clean
- Machines must be greased according to maintenance schedules
- Must be prepared to carry out any lawful and reasonable instructions
- Size change on 330ml & 500ml line
- Make sure cores not damaged
- Ensure rolls are in good condition before putting onto machine
- Adhere to company health & safety policies.
- Adhere to standards
- Adhere to all Food Safety Standards and report on all issues with regards to the Food Safety Management System to the Food Safety Team

Qualification:
Grade 12

6 months machine operating experience
