Your Role at Twizza:
As a Food Technology Intern, you will:
Assist with daily quality testing on raw materials, in-process, and final beverage products.
Support food safety practices, GMP compliance, and hygiene monitoring.
Record test results accurately and report non-conformances.
Participate in internal audits and product traceability exercises.
Help maintain quality documentation and lab equipment.

-Must not currently be or have previously been part of a SETA funded internship or graduate program
Minimum requirements
- Registered student completing a Diploma in Food Technology (Work Integrated Learning required)
- WIL placement letter from a recognised institution
- No prior participation in a SETA-funded internship or graduate program
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Basic understanding of lab and food safety procedures
- Attention to detail and good record-keeping skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Willingness to work in a production/laboratory environment
