People Management

·         Engage weekly with team members on personal and performance matters.

·         Develop and monitor individual development plans.

·         Manage absenteeism, leave tracking, shift handovers, and performance feedback.

·         Organise stand-ins for absenteeism and ensure workplace attendance.

Production & Quality

·         Manufacture good quality preforms, performing regular inspections.

·         Start, monitor, and maintain the production process, ensuring proper machine setup and operation.

·         Perform first-level maintenance, mould changes, greasing, and housekeeping.

 Safety & Compliance

·         Adhere to company health & safety and food safety standards (FSSC 22000).

·         Maintain accurate documentation and record-keeping.
