Your Role at Twizza

As a Communications Intern, you will:

  • Assist in drafting and designing internal communication materials — including newsletters, announcements, and posters.

  • Support basic marketing tasks such as coordinating campaigns, preparing promotional materials, and planning social media content.

  • Collaborate with the HR team on internal initiatives, including wellness days, employee recognition, and culture-building communications.

  • Provide HR administrative support, including recordkeeping, training documentation, and onboarding/induction logistics.

  • Help manage and update internal communication, HR, and marketing calendars and trackers.

  • Assist with general administrative and communication requests across departments as needed.

Minimum requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Creative mindset and ability to contribute to content and messaging

  • Organised and detail-oriented, with a willingness to handle administrative work

  • Computer literate (Microsoft Office; Canva is an advantage but not essential)

  • No prior participation in a SETA-funded internship or graduate programme

  • Team player with professionalism, initiative, and a can-do attitude
