Key Responsibilities:
1. Inbound Sales:
- Handle Incoming Calls and Emails: Assist customers with placing stock orders, answering inquiries, managing complaints, and providing general information.
- Order Processing: Capture all relevant information accurately on our systems, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
2. Outbound Sales:
- Upselling and Cross-Selling: Utilize your sales skills to promote the full range of Twizza products,working through a national leads database with a strong strike rate.
- Promotional Calls: Contact customers to inform them of promotions as per the promotional calendar. You may also assist salespeople with call cycles when needed, often at short notice.
3. Customer Service:
- Delivery Monitoring: Keep customers informed about delivery schedules and any changes that may affect them.
- Complaint Resolution: Professionally handle customer complaints, ensuring they are resolved effectively and all necessary information is captured.
4. Stakeholder Management:
- Effective Communication: Communicate any changes or important information to stakeholders promptly, ensuring they are always informed about order changes, special requests, or any other relevant updates.
Minimum requirements
· 2 years’ experience in Telesales in a highly pressurised Call Centre environment, preferably FMCG
· Knowledge of Customer service practices and principles.
· Intermediate experience level in Outlook, Word, Excel & knowledge of CRM databases
· Advanced data capturing with high level of accuracy, detail and written English skills.
