The Office Controller will be responsible for the daily management of the Queenstown office. Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures; controlling correspondence; designing filing systems; reviewing and approving supply requisitions; assigning and monitoring clerical, administration, and office functions. To ensure that all bookings and purchases are in line with budget requirements and that approvals and sign off are be obtained. Arranging management meetings, functions, and lunches.
Job description

Deliverables in this Role:
 
·        Customer Relationship Management, Proven experience as an Office Controller, Front office Controller or                       Administrative assistant
·        Admin duties, Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems, and procedures
·        Kitchen & Catering
·        Housekeeping
·        Health & Safety
·        Hands on experience with office machines (e.g., fax machines and printers)
·        Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment

Minimum requirements

What Education, Core Knowledge and Experience will afford me this opportunity?
 
·        Grade 12
·        Office Management Diploma or relevant
 
Experience
 
·        Must have 3 years of experience in secretarial and or office management experience
·        2 years’ experience in one of the following: Reception and or Administration
·        2 years’ experience in management position
