This role involves full responsibility for managing accounts, budgets, payroll, and business profitability, ensuring seamless financial performance across the organization. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining smooth financial processes and supporting various departments to drive overall profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee full financial management, ensuring financial reports and accounts are completed within deadlines.
• Manage accounts and deliver timely management reports.
• Ensure efficient processing of financial tasks, including forex, insurance, payroll, and other ad hoc activities.
• Handle balance sheet management and reconciliations for Twizza.
• Collaborate with Group Services departments (Finance, People, Technology) to manage budgets and drive profitability.
• Plan and manage cash flows and budgets, aiding in the consolidation of group budgets.
• Oversee payroll processes, ensuring compliance with group policies.
• Supervise the creditors’ department for seamless execution of tasks.
• Support internal ERP system management and resolve financial queries.
