Introduction
To spearhead sales growth in both wholesale and retail channels (Hybrid) within a Twizza identified Growth or Stronghold Territory. Executing in a dynamic and ever-changing sales landscape, you will be responsible for driving volume growth, maximizing rand per case, and contributing to overall profitability.
Job description

§  Secure new Wholesale/Retail customers and maintain existing relationships with Distributors, Spaza shops and other bulk/volume buyers including Forecourts, Garages, Restaurants, schools, community partnerships.

§  Effectively sell-in Twizza offerings and negotiate competitive pricing to secure orders.

§  Effective management of Orders, Customer history, Steps of the Call in the Twizza Sales Mobile App.

§  Understand the profit levers to drive sustainable revenue & growth such as Trade Promo spend, discounts, Twizza Claim process and the necessary protocols and approvals to apply them responsibly within Customers.

§  Ensure Compliance of the opening of new customer accounts ensuring all Customer details, supporting documents are within the Finance guidelines and rules to mitigate future possible criminal or fraudulent acts from Customers.

§  Ensure timely delivery of orders and address any customer concerns promptly.

Support the Finance teams in the management & collection of payments to manage credit control effectively.

§  Analyse sales numbers per Customer to assess performance against targets, identifying areas for improvement and adjusting sales strategies accordingly.

§  Accurate Sales forecasting to drive seamless planning & execution in the Manufacturing & availability of product.

§  Collaborate with the Brand Activators & Marketing to plan and execute promotional activities and campaigns tailored to the township markets or Retail landscapes accordingly.

§  Prepare monthly sales reports, highlighting achievements, challenges and recommendations for driving sales growth.

§  Monitor stock levels within the Sales stock management policies that inform procedures for stock write-offs, expiry of product, upliftment’s and coordinate with the Distribution teams to ensure timely delivery and availability of product on shelf and in-store.

§  Participate in sales training and development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge

§  Achieve assigned sales targets for both Wholesale and Retail channels.

§  Increase volume growth by exceeding monthly unit sales targets.

§  Optimize rand per case by securing favourable pricing and minimizing promotional discounts.

§  Contribute to EBIDTA growth through efficient sales operations and cost control.

§  Achieve high strike rates by converting leads into sales opportunities.

§  Capture "Pictures of Success" showcasing impactful promotions and customer engagement.

Participate in regular Sales meetings and training sessions related to Cycle briefs, Brand awareness, Sales financial reporting, HR Training and Customer training.

Minimum requirements

Qualification:

·         Grade 12 with mathematics

·         A Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred

 

Experience

·         At least 3 years of proven sales experience, ideally within the beverage industry, covering both Wholesale and Retail channels.

·         A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel extensively across different locations.

·         Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets under pressure
