Providing an effective and efficient administrative, secretarial, and personal assistant function to the office manager whilst maintaining a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
Job description
- Answer incoming telephone calls and direct to appropriate personnel in a professional manner
- Supporting diary management activities in order to effectively schedule appointment
- Ensure relevant meeting rooms are booked and that the equipment is fully functional before meeting takes place
- Ensure files are kept inorder and easily accessible
- Occasional Typing
- Arranging Socials When Needed
- Shoping when needed for the for the kitchen
- Facilitate and contribute to the sharing of knowledge and best practice ideas with other service
- Managing expense claims, dynamic Parking and related matters
Minimum requirements
- Grade 12 Non Negotiable
- A minimum of 2 years experience in administration or reception
- A valid drivers licence
