Job description

  • Answer incoming telephone calls and direct to appropriate personnel in a professional manner
  • Supporting diary management activities in order to effectively schedule appointment
  • Ensure relevant meeting rooms are booked and that the equipment is fully functional before meeting takes place
  • Ensure files are kept inorder and easily accessible
  • Occasional Typing 
  • Arranging Socials When Needed
  • Shoping when needed for the for the kitchen
  • Facilitate and contribute to the sharing of knowledge and best practice ideas with other service
  • Managing expense claims, dynamic Parking and related matters

Minimum requirements

  • Grade 12 Non Negotiable
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in administration or reception
  • A valid drivers licence
