Introduction
A Perform loader is required to ensure the continual availability of preforms, timeously loading preforms and ensuring the loading of the correct preform for the correct flavor that is going to be produced. The preform loader is also responsible for ensuring their immediate work area is always neat and tidy. Ensures an area is clean.
Job description
· Possess basic Technical Skills including the use of Hand Tools
· Fault Finding Skills
· Participate and assist with all Autonomous Maintenance activities including Cleaning, Lubrication, Inspection and Tightening activities.
· Sound understanding of Health & Safety requirements within a manufacturing facility.
Understanding the importance of work teams in the business and the collective contributions of team members to ensure team successMinimum requirements
· A Grade 12 certificate is non-negotiable.
· Team Player with strong relationship building ability.
· Excellent communication skills
· Deals Effectively with change.
· Positive attitude under all circumstances
