Job description

Your Tech Arsenal:

  • First-Line IT Support: Be the smiling voice on the other end of the line, resolving user issues promptly and efficiently.

  • Office 365 Ace: Master the art of Office 365 and Microsoft platforms, empowering users and maximizing productivity.

Minimum requirements

Qualifications:

  • Grade 12 or equivalent.
  • Diploma in Information Technology (NQF Level 5) preferred.
  • Relevant IT Certifications (A , N , Azure Administrator) a plus.

Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Windows Server Administration and Desktop Support.
  • Proficiency in:
    • Active Directory
    • Office 365 Cloud Administration
    • Endpoint Manager
    • SharePoint Online
    • Microsoft Hyper V
    • DHCP, DNS, Group Policy
    • Veeam Backup
    • Basic VOIP skills
  • Knowledge of wireless networks, routing, switching, and VLANs.

Technical Skills:

  • Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex IT issues: Demonstrate a systematic approach to troubleshooting, utilizing relevant tools and knowledge to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
  • Strong working knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory: Confidently manage user accounts, groups, permissions, and policies.
  • Proficiency in Office 365 and Microsoft platforms: Manage user access, troubleshoot issues, and optimize platform utilization.
  • Network troubleshooting and monitoring: Understand network principles, identify and resolve network connectivity and performance issues, and proactively monitor network health.
  • Hardware and software support: Install, configure, and troubleshoot various devices and software applications
