Job description
- Micro measurement and validation of the process across equipment and product.
- Ensure that staff adhere to the cleaning regimes is required for all process areas.
- Investigate deviations to the standard, root cause established, and put preventative measures in place to eliminate further risk.
- Lead and develop the quality team to ensure skills gaps are closed, developing competent people, who value the role they play as a partner to the production teams in delivering quality products at all times.
- Monthly compliance measures to ensure that the management system remains relevant in our lives. Improvements to be recommended at the food safety meetings.
- Conduct refresher training, inspection and measurements to ensure both compliance from a statutory point, personal hygiene in the work place, and product quality is met
Qualification: · Grade 12 · Bachelor’s degree in Quality Related
Experience: · Must have 5 years of experience in · Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, along with the ability to communicate effectively with others at all levels of the organization. · ISO9001, ISO18000, ISO22000 · HACCP · Hygiene Practices · Micro Management · Quality Assurance/Internal Audit · 2 years Laboratory Management |
