We invite suitably qualified candidates to apply for the Brand Activator position based in Nelspruit- Mpumalanga The objective of this role: Under the guidance of ASM, the BA should ultimately: • Create brand awareness & visibility and help influence sales through demand-creation activities. • Connect with communities by giving the communities a Twizza experience (Taste the Moment with Twizza). • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Twizza asset stakeholders and event organizers. • To achieve event/activations brand objectives
Job description

Measurable KPIs in this Role:

Plan and Execute brand activation:
  • Activate and execute community events.
  • Activate and execute promotional sponsorship activities/events.

Execute brand messaging to achieve brand visibility:
  • Ensure perfect execution and implementation of the brand's visibility to secure the achievement of the brand building and awareness.

Stakeholder Management by influential relationships internally and externally:
  • Collaborate and influence decisions with Central Division sales team, Community Manager, sponsors, customers and community stakeholders.

Self -Development & Performance Management 
  • Proactively identify opportunities beyond what is expected in own role; ensures high quality execution of tasks on time and/or before deadline.

Minimum requirements

What Education, Core Knowledge and Experience will afford me this opportunity?

 A Degree/Diploma – Sales & Marketing / Events Marketing/ preferable
 3 years FMCG Sales experience (advantageous)
 3 years Event experience (advantageous)
 Code 8 valid driver’s license 
 The ability to work under pressure and over weekends 
 Well-developed strategic and conceptual skills.
 Excellent influencing & leadership
