We would like to invite suitably qualified candidates to apply for the Customer Service Agent position in Cape Town. Provides customer service support to the organization by obtaining, analyzing and verifying the accuracy of the order information in a timely manner. Initiates and/or implements corrective action as needed in order to ensure an excellent standard of service and high level of customer satisfaction is maintained. Co-ordinate the handling of difficult and/or unusual situations.
Job description


  • Processing Orders
  • Communicate changes to orders and deliveries to both customer and sales reps

Minimum requirements

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Grade 12
  • Computer literate: Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • 2-5 Years' experience in Customer service/Call center role
  • Experience in Logistics/FMCG would be advantageous

  • Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
  • Ability to handle pressure and mange multiple issues simultaneously
