We are looking for a Senior Accountant to provide direct support to the CFO in executing the executive finance function and to act as a versatile resource within the broader finance team. The role is designed for a high-calibre Chartered Accountant who can operate independently at a managerial level, but with the ability to step into a Financial Manager capacity during prolonged absences or where additional leadership support is required. The role will also include occasional support to the CEO.

• Assist the CFO in strategic financial planning, analysis, and execution of executive priorities.
• Act as a trusted deputy to the CFO, able to represent and stand in when required.
• Support CEO in the preparation of reports/packs for various routine and ad-hoc meetings as required.
• Support ad-hoc strategic projects, including business cases, investment analysis, and operational improvement initiatives

• Prepare and review financial models, scenario analyses, and Board/Exco reporting packs.
• Provide technical finance and accounting support to Finance Managers (Commercial, Operations, Reporting) as needed.
• Build strong cross-functional relationships across the business to enable effective decision support.

• Lead and coordinate the annual audit process, including managing external auditors and ensuring timely, accurate completion.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS for SMEs and local regulatory requirements.
